You can subscribe to the English mailing list with the following steps:

1. Send mail to <nginx-request AT sysoev DOT ru>,

2. The body of the mail must be as follows:

       subscribe nginx your@email.address 

3. Reply to the mail which you get at your@email.address

And now you're on the mailing list if all steps went okay
